Green Olive & Celery Pasta Sauce

Description

Hot Hot Hot - Habanero Stuffed Olives make this pasta sauce sizzle!

Ingredients

½ Cup Habañero Stuffed Olives (product #199), diced
½ Cup diced celery
2 Tablespoons chopped celery leaves
6 Tablespoons olive oil (product #148)
¼ Cup diced red onion
¼ Cup finely chopped parsley
1 Clove garlic, crushed
¼ Teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
8 oz Small shell pasta, cooked
Preparation
Rinse olives, drain and use paper towels to squeeze out extra moisture. Combine olives, celery and leaves, oil, red onion, parsley, garlic and pepper in a bowl. Toss hot pasta with sauce and serve warm.

Servings

This dish serves 2 people. Simply delicious!
