Fresh & Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta Sauce
With all the fresh red and
green tomatoes, combined with sun-dried tomatoes is
an explosion of flavor for your pasta.
1 Cup red tomatoes, diced
1 Cup yellow tomatoes, diced
2 Tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil,
drained and minced
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 Tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
2 Tablespoons olive oil (product #148)
1 Clove garlic, crushed
¼ Teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
8 oz Pasta shells, cooked per package instructions
Simply combine all ingredients except pasta. Toss
sauce with cooked pasta and serve at once.
